HOLA PARADE stores your name, mobile number, preferred contact channel, optional birthday, membership consent and coupon history to manage your membership and prevent repeat welcome redemptions. Authorized store staff can look up your membership when assisting you. Your phone number is checked in person when you redeem; online registration does not verify phone ownership.

Birthday and promotional contact consent are optional. We will use your selected channel for offers only when you choose that option and the messaging service is connected. Registration does not send a message or subscribe you to a messenger automatically.
